Magical experience

So efficient , well organised, felt safe all the time . The pilot was fantastic, lots of information given during the flight .the flight was magical , it was the best excursion I have done on holiday . Views were breathtaking. It was not rushed , it was brilliant value for money .

Easy process to get checked in, there is a van to take you to the building from the parking lot outside of the police academy. After a short safety video, you’re on your way! Great views of the palm and downtown Dubai.

A truly professional outfit. We had a 17 min tour over Dubai & it truly was the highlight of our 3 night stay . We felt safe & looked after from the start to the end of the tour. You just get to see so much in such a short time

We booked for a 12 minute flight. Booking was easy and the place was easy to find .

We had a safety brief and felt very safe.

The views were out of this world , and very clear pictures from the sky - and would recommend you do this - worth every penny.

We had a great experience it was a first for all of us on a helicopter. The staff was polite professional and awesome. Everything was organized and timely. The operators both behind the desk and the pilot were spot on with communication and handling things. We had a confusion with our times and they solved it quickly without any problems. We would def recommend and do it again if needed.

This was a real treat, very well organised on the day and an experience not to be missed.

I booked this as a surprise having found it through trip advisor. It would have been helpful to have a method of comms other than just phone calls but when I arrived at the hotel they were able to provide a local number and we then established WhatsApp comms which was better. Although there was then the suggestion of booking directly, I wanted the reassurance and protection of booking through TA. I've no reason to think I would need it, other than not knowing the company would mean a leap of faith in trust. Although it meant we would then not be able to partake of the collection/drop back option, it was still my preference.

On the day, it was very professional, well organised and well staffed. The helis accommodate 5 people passengers - one up front with the pilot and 4 in the 2nd row. I was fortunate to sit up front - I do wonder what the view would be like if you had one of the middle seats. I chose the 22 minute route which I was pleased about, long enough to give a good experience across all the major attractions and more. The route is well crafted so both sides of the helicopter can see all things and plenty of opportunities for capturing the memories.

There is the obligatory official photo opportunity at the end, but there was no overly strong pressure to buy.

I felt that, although more expensive, this was a much better, cooler option and better spent time, than the queues to go up the Burj Khalifa - seeing it from the skies is different, amazing and a real treat

Great, memorable experience with stunning views from the helicopter! Light refreshments = free water. Other snacks you need to pay for. Souvenir photos/videos too expensive.

We sat for an hour after our flight arrival time. Finally I asked what was going on and they said our helicopter was broken and we’d need to wait 1-2 more hours. It was my birthday so they agreed to put us on the 12min flight instead of the 17min flight after hours of waiting, but said no refund. Another couple booked the 22min flight and was told the same. Thank you to Viator for the refund after the fact, but this was a frustrating experience and very commercialized and underwhelming compared to other helicopter tours we’ve done.
