What To Expect
Burj Khalifa
Your journey begins when you step into the 'At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge', from where you will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. SKY is the newest attraction to open in the Burj Khalifa on floors 125 and 148. This makes SKY the world’s highest observation deck. The new public observation deck stands at a height of 555 meters.

Skip the line, you won't regret it

The traffic to the top of Burj Khalifa is like no other I have ever seen. Be smart and buy the skip the line package.
When we first arrived, this surly young man told us to wait in the line. I said we have skip the line ticket, he pointed us back to the line. I thought, oh no, it will be 2 hours before we get to the top.
But asking another person, and he knew what we had and ushered us to a back room where we waited with maybe 30 others, and b them we Skipped the line. So you have to show them your ticket and insist that you have the skip the line package. If a few hours means more to you, pay the premium.
The view was amazing, there is an observation deck that is outside and amazing.
The fountain is less than 50 yards from the exit (they copied Disney and put the gift shop at the end). Grab a table, sit and the fountain show started at 6 (September). You have a front row seat to the show after going to the top

Will need to redeem voucher for ticket at .entrance to Burj Khalifa . We went at 5pm & the line was very short for people with regular tickets. No line for VIP ticket. Sticker with VIP will be placed on shirt. It was worth paying extra for “ skip the line at the top “ less crowded , snacks & drinks provided. The sunset @ 6:20 made it all worthwhile . Although pricey cannot visit Dubai without visiting BK.

This was my second visit and it was as memorable as the first. And yes getting your tickets in advance helps as the lines are long as plus getting VIP tickets helps…

The “skip the line” part of this ticket was true and of immense value. We were placed in a small group and we bypassed long lines of jealous tourists to access elevators up and down. Plus there were a manageable number of people on the 148th floor. Well worth the premium price!

100% worth getting the skip-the-line tickets, as lines were long and plentiful. There's not only a line to go up, but once you are up, there is a line to go back down. You can skip the line in both directions, so worth it.

A huge asking price just to go for a ride in somebody else’s lift. Nonetheless a magical experience to be so far from the ground in a peerless feat of engineering.

You get a VIP sticker which allows you to access the elevator to the top quickly and efficiently. The experience at the 148 floor is very different to that of the "economy" class (I did the later a year ago). There are less people, better conditions for taking pictures, you get some snacks and drinks and there is a reasonable size sitting area and some additional places right at the windows. The time limit is not strictly imposed.
You fill the difference going down to the 124, 125 levels. Even there you can skip the lines to lifts going down, there is a dedicated line for VIP sticker holders.

Great time at Burj Khalifa. Once we figured out the entrance is INSIDE the Dubai Mall on the lower level, it was very easy and fast. The Skip the Line is VERY MUCH worth the price of admission. Saved a lot of time just from what I could tell. Enjoyed the view of the entire city, especially the 148 outdoor platform and the 124 viewing deck. Watched a beautiful sunset as the sky turned to nightfall and all the lights of the city came to life.

It was nice to be picked up from our hotel and skip the queue to the top. Such an impresive structure and the views were superb from so high up.

Seamless skip the line. We booked for 12pm but arrived early and they were very accommodating getting us up earlier. Floor 148 was the best part. Very small group, no crowding around the windows, outdoor area, coffee and nibbles. We spent an hour just soaking up the views. Floor 124 felt like a _much_ lower perspective. Skipped the line going back down. The building is a really impressive structure and a highlight if Dubai. I actually have no idea how much the normal price is for 124 but I thought this ticket was well worth it.

Burj Khalifa was very full of people and this ticket was absolutely necessary. First moment outside is a line but after you collect your tickets there it is great. You skip lines to go up and most important also to go down. The lounge on top is also not full like the other floors and is exclusive for this experience. You have juice, can seat, airco and beautiful view without many people around. The pick up just drives you to the mall and there you find all for yourself. I would buy again this experience.
Skip the line. It’s worth it. Especially if you are limited on time. Or traveling with children or elderly.

If you are wondering if it’s worth the money, the answer is yes! Waiting in line absolutely detracts from the experience. If you can spring for it, buy it. It’s a much more relaxing experience. And we were able to do it in an hour on the last day of our trip before doing to the airport. This would have been impossible, even though the regular tickets would have been “off-peak.”

Ask security. Follow the signs for Burj Khalifa. The instructions in the confirm email to follow Cinema Parking M made no sense.

The service provided exactly matches the description. If you want to go to the top of the Burj, the skip the line tickets are the only way to do it. In hindsight I wouldn't recommend the experience. It was way too crowded and the other patrons were pushy and rude.
Important tip: After you purchase this through Viator, the operator will send you a ticket with QR code. You need to bring this to the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall; think the parking garage. You'll see signs directing you where to go.
You need to wait in line for the skip the line tickets. There's some irony there. Once you get your ticket you're given a VIP sticker and you do legitimately get to wait in a much shorter line.
The view from the top is pretty cool, especially at night, but in my opinion it's not worth the price tag.

I recommend going at night, and it's expensive and feels like Disneyland. The view is cool but very expensive. If you go around 6 you can see the dubai fountain show from above which is cool! Just expect to wait in lines even if you "skip the line"

You driver only pickup us at the hotel and drop us at entrance he told us Wait here I will be back in few minutes! AFTER FOURTHY MINUTES we do not wait anymore and we suffer a lot to get the entrance
