Overview
Our balloon flight begins to take off at around the sunrise. The flight goes up approximately till 3000 to 4000 feet to show you the sunrise and extraordinary views of UAE. Then it will float through the valleys, and descend through the desert, over the dunes, gazelles, camels, wildlife and beautiful landscapes. After landing our vehicles will take you to our camp for a gourmet breakfast where you will be able to take some photos with the falcons and the camel ride.

It’s time to fly! Following our staff's instructions, you get safely tucked into the basket and the ascend starts. The journey to 4000 feet in the air is peaceful and exhilarating at the same time.

Enjoyed trip but not to expectations but there's a lot of man power to get the balloon airborn, so they have to be paid so I wouldn't grumble about overall package . Balloon ride was an experience, a bit scarey touching down and wear a hat. Camel ride could be longer and felt sorry for it as some big passengers

The staff at Sinbad Ballooning were friendly and very professional. We felt safe and in good hands the whole time.
Our driver Zakria was great with us and our 2 children. He took videos and photos for us and even provided an exciting 4wd dune driving experience with music to match.
Our balloon captain was highly skilled and even had us in the air for an extra 30mins to ensure we had a safe place to land.
The manager ensured everyone was happy and things ran smoothly. Even my email contact Helen was super helpful and replied to my emails quickly.
Would highly recommend!

Our experience started off with fantastic customer service from the Sinbad Balloon company. My partner and I were unfortunate enough to experience a medical emergency upon arrival in Dubai. Although the cancellation time had elapsed and it was late notice, they were extremely understanding of our situation and let us delay the Balloon Flight experience 24 hours to accommodate our needs - I’m extremely grateful for this flexibility!
On to the experience…. I was cautious to pay such a large amount of money on such an expensive experience. In hindsight, I feel like the experience was great value for money. Not only is it a once in a lifetime experience watching sunrise over the desert in a balloon, but there’s a large amount of manpower and resources that go in to the operation - from the crew of 6-8 ground crew for each balloon (there were 3 balloons), to the pilots, chefs, camel and falconry experts and drivers…. It’s no small operation!
The Pilots seemed super experienced. My Captain - Captain Careem was knowledgeable and a true gentleman with vast experience and airmanship, having flown in Dubai since 2006! The safety briefing was thorough, with all passengers reaffirmed of the actions and responsibility on landing.
The food at breakfast was pleasant with options to cater for most dietary preferences. We had the option of a short Camel ride and falconry experience at our leisure.
All pickups were completed in good time and the driver was pleasant.

Always wanted to try Hotair Balloon as my bucket list. The team was fantastic, though it took us a while to be in the air due to strong wind & no fault of theirs, absolutely enjoy the ride! Camel riding was another experience you should try. Overall very happy and satisfied with the experience! Should give them a try!
Best Ballooning Experience in Dubai

This is must do if visiting Dubai! Ibrahim and his team of pilots and staff are exceptional. It’s well organised with safety briefing before commencing, all served over a hot cup of tea early in the morning. The views are incredible, passing over the dunes, spotting camels and other desert wildlife, all against a backdrop of the moon and sunrise over a a stunning Oman mountain range. The journey completes with a Bedouin style breakfast, complete with camels and falcons. A great way to start the day, you won’t regret the early morning start. Special thanks to Pilot Bashir for his professionalism and his kindness to our youngest child - who was a little scared before the journey, to now, a ballooning convert!

The people at Sindbad are really nice and helpful. We really enjoy the hot air balloon. They managed really well and they really pay attention into the safety details. After the hot air balloon, they also prepared breakfast, camel ride and taking pictures with the falcon. So its a complete activities to do with your family

I am totally amazed by this tour!!! Let me start with the fact that they pick you up in a luxury car super clean, beautiful music abroad and a fantastic, professional and polite driver!!!
Once we arrived to the camp, we were briefed about the safety rules.
Our Capitan was Mr. Smiley from Egypt, he is the best pilot ever, he took us to see the sunrise and mesmerizing views of the infinite desert, he took well care of all of us and made us laugh during the flight.

Great experience! Mehdi, our driver, was friendly and explained how the experience would happen very well. The balloon ride was breathtaking and so relaxing. The other activities were fun and it gave our group a chance to know one another. Highly recommend!

Re the camel ride I did expect a ride out to the desert, it was only around the paddock a few times .
Falconry, again in my mind I thought we were going to see the bird fly and in action , rather than just having the bird sit on your arm and have photos taken .

What a lovely morning and breathtaking ballooning experience we had! The ground staff were all very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The captain ensured that everyone in the basket had equal opportunity for 360 degree views and photos. I highly recommend the ballooning.

The hot air balloon ride was great, really beautiful! I felt super safe and the staff was awesome and fun. I will say though that the camel ride was not an actual camel ride. You get on a camel and walk in circles around a fenced in enclosure for like 2 minutes.
